Day03 心得分享：1003
The road carved its way up and down through the verdant fields, the scorching sun making the gravel-strewn asphalt unbearably hot, like being in a giant oven. The 106 kilometers against the wind felt even more difficult under the sun, but thanks to the companionship and encouragement of the students, everyone completed the journey successfully.
In the morning, the students battled the sweltering heat, pedaling diligently as they watched the mountains pass by. Soon, they reached a rest stop near the Guangfu Sugar Factory, where the school provided each student with a popsicle. The cool, sweet popsicles under the blazing sun brought smiles to everyone’s faces. After lunch, they ate their packed meals and rested wearily against each other’s backs, perhaps a scene unique to cycling around Taiwan. The afternoon’s challenge was the accumulated physical and mental fatigue, along with the unbearable heat between 1 and 2 p.m., when the ground absorbs the most radiant heat. However, this heat gradually eased after the last rest stop as the sun set. The setting sun, like a golden yolk, illuminated the wind-blown straw, a unique beauty of eastern Taiwan.
As night gradually fell, a cool breeze replaced the harsh heat, bringing a sense of relief and quiet accomplishment. Under the dimming sky, the students carried not only their tired bodies but also unforgettable memories of perseverance and unity. Along the way, the students encouraged one another, working together to complete today’s long ride. We hope to become even stronger in the future. Although our teacher is still recovering, we will do our best to complete our journey around Taiwan.
道路在翠綠田野間劃出了一條又一條上下起伏的線條，燠熱的豔陽將充滿碎石的柏油路面蒸得令人難耐，彷彿身在一個巨大的烤箱裡。一路逆風的106公里，在太陽下顯得更加困難，不過也因為同學們的陪伴與加油，大家都順利完成了。
早上的路程，同學們對抗溽暑，努力踩踏，看著層層山巒從身邊經過。過了不久，到了休息點，因為在光復糖廠附近，學校為我們準備了一人一支清冰棒。在炙熱的陽光下，冰冷香甜的冰棒讓大家臉上都露出了笑容。之後到了午餐點，吃完午餐便當後，大家疲憊地躺在彼此身上休息，這或許也是環台獨有的場景吧？下午考驗的是身心累積的疲勞，以及一點至兩點之間地表吸收最多輻射熱、令人難耐的炎熱天氣。不過這樣的天氣，在經過最後一個休息點之後，也隨著太陽下山而漸漸減緩。夕陽像蛋黃，映照著被風吹拂的稻草，是獨屬東部的美景。
一路上，同學們互相加油打氣，一起讓全班完成了今天的長距離騎乘。希望在往後，我們能更加強大。雖然老師還在休養，但我們會好好地完成環台的！
