Day04 心得分享：10A
These past few days cycling around Taiwan have felt like a true test of willpower.
On the first day along the Beiyi Highway, we pushed through the climbs with grit, only to be rewarded by the winding downhill that followed. As the wind roared past our ears, it was the first time we truly felt how satisfying it is to earn that sense of freedom after pain.
On the second day, we took our bikes on a train to Hualien, giving our tense minds a chance to relax. Standing side by side with our bikes, with the deep blue ocean as our backdrop, every smile from 10A felt brighter. In that moment, the vastness of the sea washed away the anxiety we had at the start.
Then came the third day, a 100-kilometer challenge that hit us hard. The constant gradual climbs were the most exhausting, draining both our bodies and our will. But it was also that day we learned how to keep going, quietly holding on and following the wheel in front of us through every heavy breath.
By the fourth day, riding through the fields of eastern Taiwan felt like a reward. The endless green rice paddies and smooth roads allowed us to slow down and truly take in the gentle beauty of the land.
Now we have arrived in Zhiben. Even though the toughest section, the South-Link Highway, still awaits us tomorrow, looking back at everything we have been through, we have grown so much stronger than when we first started.
10A, get a good rest tonight. We will keep riding forward together.
這幾天的環台旅程，就像一場大型的意志馬拉松。回想起第一天在北宜公路，大家咬著牙克服爬坡，隨後迎接「九彎十八拐」的下坡，風在耳邊呼嘯而過，那是我們第一次體驗到，原來痛苦後的收穫是如此暢快。
第二天，我們帶著單車搭火車前往花蓮，緊繃的神經稍微放鬆。當腳踏車一字排開，以湛藍的大海為背景合照時，10A的每張笑臉都特別燦爛，那種「大海就在身邊」的遼闊感，瞬間沖淡了出發時的焦慮。
然而，第三天的百公里挑戰馬上給了我們一記震撼教育。緩上緩下的地形最是折磨意志，看著無止盡的緩坡，大家體力近乎透支。但也正是那天，我們學會了如何在沉重的呼吸中，看著隊友的後輪，默默堅持下去。直到第四天進入花東田園，大片的翠綠稻浪與平整的道路，像是在獎勵我們，讓我們能靜下心享受這片土地的溫柔。
現在抵達了知本，雖然明天還有南迴大魔王在等著，但回頭看這幾天的路徑，我們已經比出發時強大太多了。10A，今晚好好休息，接下來的路，我們繼續並肩前行！
