Day09 心得分享：10F
Today we cycled from Douliu to Taichung, covering about 78 kilometers. What I noticed most today was how much smoother and more in sync our class has become as a team. Compared to the previous days, everyone has adapted better to their roles and pacing, showing clear improvement. As the team captain, I observed that the initial unfamiliarity and hesitation have turned into more natural cooperation. For example, during stops at red lights, people would take turns leading, look out for one another, and maintain formation without constant reminders. This teamwork made today’s ride smoother and more relaxed.
Most of today’s route was on city roads. Although everyone started the day feeling motivated, by the final stretch through the city, fatigue began to show, and some people grew quieter. However, no one gave up. We continued to encourage each other and kept pushing forward until we reached the finish.
Today made me realize that being a leader isn’t always about talking a lot or controlling everything. Sometimes, it’s about creating the right atmosphere and allowing the team to function on its own. Overall, I think today’s ride went very well, and it gives me confidence that we can stay strong and push through the rest of the journey.
今天我們從斗六騎到台中，全程大約78公里。今天我最明顯感受到的是，我們整個班級的隊伍變得更加順暢、有默契了。和前幾天相比，大家都更適應自己的角色和節奏，有了很明顯的進步。身為中隊長，我發現大家從一開始的陌生與猶豫，變成更自然的合作，例如紅燈截斷時，會輪流帶騎、互相照顧，並且不需要一直提醒，也能維持隊形。這樣的團隊合作，讓今天整趟騎乘變得更順利，也更輕鬆。
今天的路線大多是在市區道路。一開始雖然剛起床，大家都很有動力，但騎到最後一段市區道路時，大家也明顯開始疲累。有些人開始變得安靜，但都沒有人放棄，我們也一路互相鼓勵，繼續前進直到終點。今天讓我體會到，當一個領導者，不一定要一直說話或控制一切，有時候更重要的是建立氛圍，讓團隊可以自行運作。整體來說，我覺得今天的騎行進行得很順利，也讓我對接下來的行程更有信心，可以一路堅持。
